On November 13th, 2025, the Center hosted its 6th biennial lecture featuring Dr. Lester Spence, Professor of Political Science and Africana Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Spence's lecture discussed the need for a new theory of law and the imaginaries that pervade contemporary politics.
